Shaping office landscape for FinTech campus

S7 is the class A+ office complex, located in Vilnius, Lithuania. The concept design and the execution are based on three core values: maximizing the employee well-being, minimizing the environmental impact and serving the local communities. Total building area is 12 000 square meters, two underground floors and 850 employees.

Design objectives of this project

Develop a human centric lighting system, which could offer hassle free operation, reporting and analytics. Besides this have excellent quality of light ability to dim and control each fixture. System should also integrate 3rd party fixtures and be integrated in BMS via BacNet communication.

Impact on the end user

The S7 became the benchmark for Lithuanian real estate developers. We see the S7 as the dawn of superior standards, emphasizing sustainability and employee well-being.

All workspaces are designed to correspond to he hightest standarts of illumination determined by european standards. Smart controls regulate LED lighting indoors and outdoors.
