The Master Plan for Historical Downtown – Guadalajara

PIK stands for Pantai Indah Kapuk, is a community in the sub-district of Penjaringan in North Jakarta,Indonesia. Pantai Indah Kapuk is one of Jakarta's most prestigious areas. PIK Avenue is mix-used project that consist of shopping mall and 2 tower of hotel. PIK Avenue located in the main street and roundabout of PIK Boulevard

The lighting designer Litac Consultant at the design concept stage propose media façade that integrate the whole façade of shopping mall and hotel tower. But after some discussion and considerations, at the end, the owner PT Multi Artha Pratama (Agung Sedayu Group) agree for applying dynamic façade lighting for Shopping Mall to give festive impact for the building. The other objective is to create a Landmark for Lighting at Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) area.

Installation date: Finished at the end of 2016

Impact on the end-customer: Great satisfaction because PIK Avenue become landmark for the lighting installation at PIK and create festive effect at PIK area.
