If desired, individual and specific aspects of project management can be delivered in consultation with customers. But you get maximum benefit in terms of streamlined processes and costs – as well as hassle-free peace of mind – in a turnkey partnership that encompasses the complete project from beginning to end.

Lighting projects can encompass a wide variety of activities, but installation is arguably the most crucial. Everything that takes place before is to prepare for it, and everything that comes after is to ensure the new system will work exactly as it should. There are many good companies capable of sound installation work, but we know better than any the fine points of properly installing Philips products. That’s why we also offer separate installation partnerships for lighting projects of all kinds. And should you happen to already have a relationship with a preferred installation contractor, we can also provide professional and friendly supervision.

Certain types of lighting projects have more unusual needs and requirements that fall outside of standard project activities. Interface Engineering, for instance, when certain subsystems or components need to be integrated; or the creation and programming of tailor-made software when it has not been provided by the equipment manufacturer.
