Eric Rondolat has held the position of Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Management at Signify since the company was listed on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange in May 2016. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer for Lighting at Philips from April 2012 to May 2016.
Before Philips, Eric held the position of Executive Vice President for Asia Pacific at Schneider Electric in China from 2010 to 2012 and Executive Vice President for the Power Business at Schneider Electric in France from 2006 to 2010. He worked in various senior management positions at Schneider Electric in Australia, Argentina, France and Singapore from 1990 to 2006.
Eric, a French and Italian national, holds an Engineering degree at the Institut National Polytechnique de Grenoble and a master’s degree in International Marketing at Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Grenoble, both in France.
Maria Letizia Mariani has been member of the Board of Management at Signify since May 2020. She has also been the Chief Commercial Officer since June 2021 and Division Leader for Conventional Products since May 2020.
Before that, she was Market Group Leader Europe from 2013 to 2019 and Senior Vice President and General Manager Lighting, Italy, Israel & Greece from 2011 to 2013.
Before Signify, Maria Letizia worked in various senior management positions at Hewlett-Packard in Italy and EMEA from 1989 to 2011. Before that, she worked at Apollo Computer and Xerox.
Maria Letizia, an Italian national, holds a bachelor’s degree in Natural Sciences at the Università degli Studi di Roma ‘La Sapienza’, in Italy. She is non-executive and independent director of Prysmian Group.
Harshavardhan (Harsh) Chitale has been a Member of the Board of Management since May 2023, alongside his role as Digital Solutions Division Leader (formerly known as Business Group Professional), which he has held since 2017. Harsh joined Signify in 2015 to lead the company in Greater India.
Prior to this, he was CEO of HCL Infosystems in India between 2010 and 2014, having previously held various management positions at Honeywell and Tata in both India and the USA.
An Indian national, Harsh has a B. Tech Electrical Engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology in Delhi.
