What is important to remember

  • In a butcher’s shop, the products on display have to look fresh and appealing.
  • A trip to the butchery is a trip to the imagination. After all, customer’s choice of meat or poultry defines the character of the entire meal.
  • The lighting needs to enhance the redness of the meat, making the cuts look their very best.
  • Also, it has to extend the shelf life and minimize food discoloration due to light, which helps to reduce waste.
