Customer satisfaction is a top priority for us and we act as quickly as possible to minimize the impact of any issues that are reported. Suppliers are considered to be valuable members of Philips Lighting’s problem-solving team. Suppliers are requested to take corrective action via a Supplier Corrective Action Request (SCAR). It is mandatory to use the 8D (Eight Disciplines) method through a standardized template to resolve the problem.
