New LED Banner for Vattenfall Shopping Mall, Katowice, Poland
|
Last month, the on-site installation and commissioning took place for two Vidiwalltm DS 25-5000 S LED (banner) displays in Katowice. Katowice is the capital city of the Silesian province in southern Poland and is an important local centre for science, culture, industry, business and transportation.
Rondo Sztuki is an important place for cultural venues and is built next to a busy roundabout for public transport. The two LED banners are clearly visible for the public.

Energy Company Vattenfall has supported the local government in this project by sponsoring the two LED banners. The project was realised together with Philips Poland and a local installer, Firma Zdzienicki. The installation was clearly a One-Philips approach as next to the two LED banner, Philips equipment the culture centre with LED illumination solutions: Color Reach and Color Blast.
